ABOUT
Refreshing aesthetics and cost savings were the driving forces behind designing DragonFire Racing’s new streamlined Strike front and rear bumpers and simplified RacePace nerf bars. To reduce design and fabrication time, existing fixtures from another product line were repurposed. The cost benefits yielded expedited manufacturing, a reduction in labor, minimal material consumption, and lower packaging and shipping expenses.

Publicity
DragonFire Racing’s Strike bumper and Race Pace nerf bars were released at the November 2017 Sand Sport Super Show and featured in the November 2017 issue of PowerSports Business magazine, and the October 2017 issue of Motor Sports News Wire.
Strike Bumper
Minimalist bumpers are in – bulky is out. The Strike bumper, a premier design, utilizes an antiquated oversized bumper’s fixture, which means: expedited product to market, reduces cost in material, reduced manufacturing time, reduced weight and shipping costs. The result – a new stream line bumper that satisfies the markets apatite.
RacePace Nerf Bar
The modern sleek “RacePace” nerf bars for the Polaris RZR not only looks sleek, it is half the weight of its predecessor. The reduction in weight yields a faster and nimbler vehicle equating to a safer and funner ride. By design, the new RacePace nerf bars are more affordable as their design requires less material, are faster to manufacture, skirt oversized shipping as they are packaged in half and are joined by the consumer.
