1. THE STUDY
The SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) was leveraged to inform Tritari’s function, form factor, and aesthetic. The OKALA life cycle analysis was instrumental in reducing the impact of Tritari’s ecological footprint.
2. RESULT
Tritari’s durable brushless motor is geared for high torque at lowRPMs: it is a workhorse that will last decades. The extended lifecycle paired with replaceable parts and components reduces the overall impact of the product during its lifecycle.
